My last order before that thing called Christmas was for a set of the cupcakes which appear in 'Mrs Mouse's Cupcakes' - and are of course, my blog header. The new set is of course, a little different to the original, because it is almost impossible to re-sculpt a design 100% perfectly.
They all have my logo ribbons underneath.
And signed tags.
Although my order list for larger toys is going to keep me busy until April/May (depending on anything else which may happen inbetween), I am trying to make smaller, 'budget treasures' -such as Santa - on the side. To save costs, these will be offered on my Facebook page first (or you can contact me directly if you hate Facebook) and will be around £65/70 ($100/110 US) plus postage. It's going to be first come, first served, and I hope to have four little things nearer the end of the month. I'm also storing needle felt archive pictures there, and work in progress, so if you want more needle felt bumph or the chance to get a little toy, please *like* my Facebook page.

They're lovely :) I love cupcakes. Yours looks like delicious :) Greetings
I think I should add some encouragement here - as the proud owner of one of your lovely creations, I think everyone should have one!
they look pretty much similar to me....I don't know how you do it.... having felted a few things myself, and trying to get a couple of little bears to look alike.... arrgghhh...it ain't very easy!
Gretel, It's always a good sign when you have several months worth of orders. The trick is keeping up one's enthusiasm for the work. I have always had trouble making the same item over and over again so it is good that each one differs slightly.
So glad that orders are coming ion for you - your animals are such a delight. My DIL got a whole lot of needle felting stuff for Christmas and is really enthusiastic about learning the art.
The cupcakes are just gorgeous!
You did a fantastic job recreating the originals. Like you said, it's hard to do. Great job!

Not easy to reproduce any piece exactly when the process is not purely mechanical, but there they are and just as charming. I like the pearl details, and the lovely letterpress labels.
