'Bebop Boogie'

Even in this age of instant messaging it is still possible to lose contact with people - in my case through sheer laziness. So I was delighted when an old friend and fellow artist mailed me, enclosing a jpeg of his recent work. Reg is a fantastic paper cutter; the picture below is one of his. I find his work so joyous and exuberant it even brightens up this miserable grey day. (The forecasters were right...it is Raining. Heavily.)

Thank you for your comment on my blog. Yes I think she may have also been in a comic strip. I do have a vague recollection of her but it was rather hazy.

Love your blog by the way, your gorgeous illustrations and enjoyed reading about the Devon wedding (was it in North or South Devon?). I will check back regularly
:-)

Thanks Donna, I really enjoy your blog too! Very 'Country Living'. :) Though I can't for the life of me remember how I found it! The wedding was South Devon, Newton Abbot area, where hopefully we'll be sometime next year, if we get our act together!
