Gorgeous! I love the teeny little sleeping grey face peeking out of the heap of kittens. Lovely painting and Queenie looks so three dimensional I can just picture her as a physical toy, sewn out of soft fabric and lightly stuffed with fluff.

Toys for next year sounds good, will you co-ordinate greeting cards/stationery to go with them?
Best of luck with it all G !

Hi Gretel,
your cat reminds me soooooo much of a feline version of 'The Witch Of The Waste' from the film Howl's Moving Castle.

Hi G,
If you haven't seen howls moving castle you must, you would love it! I can see the comparison.
I'm very fond of Queenie already Mxx

I love the fish in her hand...after caring for the kittens and finally getting them to sleep, momma deserves a special treat! But, judging from the fishbones, she's indulging in seconds.

Adorable! She looks like I did soon after giving birth, fat, but blissfully happy, and rather proud of myself :-)
