The broad beans look to be doing wonderfully ... and well, I wish that I could have had a slice of warm bread slathered in butter and jam. Yum.

Hi,Broad beans are quite appreciated here.They are used to make a kind of stew.One also makes soup and they're also good saltated with parsley and garlic.As for the barley...beer, of course or whiskey.Brad ? yes there's some good bread here in Portugal, but hard to find.They use these additives within flours.Kind regards,José
