Bone palace for a princess

Yesterday was cold and grey. The countryside slumbers. Finally the hedges and trees are stripped bare after another mild autumn. What seems like a mess of twigs transforms into a carcass of bones, thrown carelessly into a bush...

..and a glint of royal red reveals a sleeping princess hibernating in her bone palace, snug from winter winds.

That bone-twiggy thing is fairly creepy looking! Love it!

Also love that you're feeling better - was missing your entries.

I am slowly getting all-caught-up for Christmas - and hence, back to the studio. It takes much more time then one would think...

How clever of you to spot her, the little polka dot princess :-)
