We had a terrible thunderstorm come through, and I think half the town still has no electric. I thought our half was OK because we do have power, but I'm up in the wee hours of the morning and see there is no light on the other side of the street, so guess we were fortunate. A phenomena with the thunder was that it continually roared in the background, for a long period of time. It seems it happens some times when certain conditions are met. I have never experienced that before.
